Notable examples include: Pressure-Treated Lumber: Many manufacturers offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty against rot and decay for pressure-treated wood products. For instance, ProWood provides such a warranty for their treated lumber. Paints and Stains: Farrell-Calhoun offers warranties on their paint products, ensuring quality and durability. Specific warranty details can be obtained directly from Farrell-Calhoun. Clients will receive copies of relevant manufacturer warranties upon project completion.

To initiate a warranty claim: Notification: Contact Charlie Company promptly upon discovering a potential issue. Evaluation: We will schedule an inspection to assess the problem. Resolution: If the issue falls under warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the defective work or materials at no additional cost.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client. Warranty is void if alterations or repairs are made by parties other than Charlie Company. Liability is limited to the original contract amount.
